Every love story is unique, and my philosophy is that your wedding should be representative of who you are as a couple. As such, each package listed below can be customized to fit your exact wedding planning needs.
Host and Hostess Package (full planning)
Recognizing that today's bride and groom are busier than ever, the Host and Hostess package allows for your wedding planning to be as stress-free as possible. With this package, I plan and monitor every detail of your wedding, from researching venues, sourcing vendors, overseeing design, collecting RSVP's, and managing budgets to executing your day to perfection. No detail will be left untouched, and you can simply relax, focus on your union, and enjoy your day. The Host and Hostess Package begins at $3900, and exact pricing will be determined after a complimentary initial consultation.
Producer Package (month-of coordination)
You're a DIY bride when it comes to hiring vendors and making the major decisions. As the big day draws near, you recognize that an additional set of hands would be helpful, and you're comfortable handing over the coordination of the final details to a professional planner. With the Producer Package, we will meet every few months to brainstorm and talk about what you've done up to that point, and at the one-month out point I will take over dotting all the final I's and crossing all the final T's - ensuring that all details have been finalized. On your wedding day, myself and an additional coordinator are on-site to manage all of your well-laid plans. You just enjoy celebrating with family and friends, we'll take care of the rest. The Producer Package begins at $2300, and exact pricing will be determined after a complimentary initial consultation.
The DIY Package (day-of coordination)
You're a go-getter, and have every detail nailed down and crossed off your "to do" list. However, you know that on the day of your wedding, rather than fielding phone calls from vendors, or wondering if your flowers have arrived, you want to have fun, and enjoy your big day. That's where we come in. With the DIY Package, you and I will meet every few months to talk about your plans and to brainstorm as needed. On your wedding day, myself and an additional coordinator arrive when your vendors begin loading-in, managing every detail of the set-up process. We ensure that everything goes according to the timeline we developed together, and remain onsite until the evening ends. The DIY Package begins at $1500, and exact pricing will be determined after a complimentary initial consultation.
Included in all packages:
unlimited phone calls and
unlimited email correspondence
Face-to-face meetings as needed (at least 1x per month for Host and Hostess Package, and every 2-3 months for the Producer and DIY Packages.
Development and management of an extensive day-of timeline
I always attend and manage the wedding rehearsal.
